  • 5- MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS OR CLIMBERS LEG TO SHOULDER: 30 seconds
  • 6- V-SIT BENT KNEE: 20 seconds

  • 7- PRISONER SQUATS: 30 seconds (How to do squats well and what types are there)
  • 8- FLUTTER KICK: 20 seconds
  • rest 20 seconds
  • 9- JACK IRON + PUSH-UPS: 30 seconds
  • 10- STRIDES WITH JUMP: 20 seconds
