South Korean rapper, composer, and record producer Kim Nam-joon is better known by his stage name, RM. The South Korean boy band BTS is led by him. In 2015, RM released RM, his debut solo mixtape. With this, RM joins fellow BTS member J-Hope as the only other Korean solo artist to have achieved this feat in the app’s history.

His exercise routine combines aerobic and strength training with activities like biking, rowing, burpees, and more. Among other workouts, the timetable calls for 50 air squats, 10 burpees, 30 pushups, and 20 pull-ups. Fans are highly shocked and impressed when learning about this workout regimen.
